Pet Policy
The Little Mod Hotel is dog-friendly. You may have up to two dogs per guest room. A non-refundable fee of $75 per dog, per night, plus tax will be charged to your room upon check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 72 hours before 3 PM on the day of arrival. Cancellations within the 72-hour cancellation policy are subject to the first night’s room and tax. Please be aware that attempting to modify a reservation within the 72-hour cancellation period will be considered a cancellation. Advance Purchase Rates are non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to hold the reservation. The credit card will be authorized pre-arrival to ensure validity, however, no deposit will be taken with the exception of an Advanced Purchase Rate. In this case, the entire amount would be charged and is non-refundable.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.
DO YOU OFFER PARKING?
Self parking is available in a garage at 104 14th St NW (200 feet from the hotel).
DO YOU HAVE A FITNESS CENTER ON-SITE?
The Little Mod Hotel does not have a fitness facility.
DO YOU HAVE AN AMENITY FEE?
We do not have an Amenity Fee, yet do offer guest amenities such as retro record players and records as well as an on-site food truck serving breakfast and lunch for purchase.
DO YOU HAVE A POOL?
The Little Mod Hotel does not have a pool, however, guests of Little Mod are able to visit our sister property, Oakhurst Inn and present a key card and photo id for pool access.
DO YOU HAVE AN AIRPORT SHUTTLE?
We do not offer an airport shuttle, however, our front desk would be happy to assist you with airport transportation.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO CHECK-IN?
You must be 21 or older to check-in at the Little Mod Hotel.
DO YOU ALLOW SMOKING ON PROPERTY?
Smoking is not permitted in any guest room, guest corridor or sitting area and is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
DO YOU HAVE A RESTAURANT ONSITE?
The Little Mod Hotel is pleased to offer food options from the MOD POD, a retro, outfitted airstream located at the front of the hotel serving kolaches, tacos and other street food options for breakfast and lunch.
