The Little Mod Hotel is pleased to offer food options from the MOD POD, a retro, outfitted airstream located at the front of the hotel serving tacos, smoothies, salads, and more for breakfast and lunch.
You must be 21 or older to check-in at the Little Mod Hotel.
Smoking is not permitted in any guest room, guest corridor or sitting area and is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
The Little Mod Hotel does not have a pool, however, guests of Little Mod are able to visit our sister property, Oakhurst Inn, and present a key card and photo id for pool access.
We do not offer an airport shuttle, however, our front desk would be happy to assist you with airport transportation.
Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.
We do not have an Amenity Fee, yet do offer guest amenities such as retro record players and records as well as an on-site food truck serving breakfast and lunch for purchase.
Self-parking is available in the garage at 104 14th St NW (200 feet from the hotel). $20 per night, expires at noon on day of checkout.
